Congratulations to Brockley who won the Bury League Knockout Cup Final 3-1, and of course commiserations to Stanningfield who put up a great fight.
In the 4s Brockley won one game by 5 shots. The other 4 was going all Stanningfield's way and leading by 7 shots with 2 ends to play. Brockley came back at Stanningfield but only managed 6 shots by the end of the game losing by one shot.
In the pairs one game was won 7-3 in Brockley's favour. In the other pair, Brockley's Neil Jolly had a battle as he was 6-0 down but managed to recover the game to be 8-9 down with one end to play and got a 2 in the last end to steal a 10-9 Victory.
